Welcome to gjennestadstore (Site). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please mailto: hello@andersgjennestad.com.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We accept both international and domestic orders. Shipping costs will be added before checkout.
Works on paper are shipped in tubes (single dispatch).
We do not offer combined shipping.
TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk of accidental loss, destruction or deterioration passes to recipient at the beginning of the shipment and at the latest by transfer to carrier. The buyer must notify us if the delivery is defective: If the buyer fails to do so it shall bear the risk of accidental loss, destruction or deterioration for the returning of the item.
PRICES, TAX AND CUSTOMS
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in EURO and are valid and effective only in the EU.
All prices on this page are ex. VAT for Non-EU customers. Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the destination country. We have no control over these charges and they vary from country to country. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. For further details of these charges, please contact your local customs office.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with the goods or have changed your mind you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods, return the goods in the same condition as received and in the original packaging and receive either a full refund or replacement goods. Please send us an e¬mail before returning goods, telling us what goods you are returning and why.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@andersgjennestad.com within seven days of receipt of the goods.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
